Conditions of the giveaway : Legal basis of the draw

CLAUSE 1.- ORGANIZER

Padelist.net is the organizing company of this giveaway in accordance with what is described below in these databases.

CLAUSE 2.- HOW TO PARTICIPATE

You can participate in the raffle from Thursday 4th of March 2021 until Wednesday 10th of March 2021 included. You can participate by accessing our Instagram profile and performing the following actions:

1) Like this instagram post giveaway of @padelistdotnet
2) Follow on instagram @padelistdotnet and @shooterpadel
3) Mention/Tag 3 padel friends in the Instagram post comment

This draw is applicable to users residing worldwide.

CLAUSE 3.- PRIZE

The prize for this giveaway is the Shooter Stealth padel racket, valued at 198,34 € (VAT excluded) with name or nickname of the winner customized on it.

CLAUSE 4.- COMPETITION

The Padelist.net team will make a draw. To do this, the team will use the site www.sortea2.com in “Simple Draw” mode. From the draw, 5 reserve users will also be drawn in the event that it is not possible to give the prize to the winner.

CLAUSE 5.- THE WINNER

The Shooter Stealth winner will be informed by private message. In the event that no response is received within 5 days, or if the prize is rejected for any reason, the Padelist.net team will contact the second in the list of winning records.

It is essential that the user who was the winner meets the requirements to participate.

Once the winner has been contacted, they will be explained how the expedition will go.

In the event that the prize cannot be awarded for reasons attributable to the winner within 30 days of publication of the winner, the prize will be declared void.

Participants in this raffle authorize the publication of their name, first name or username on Instagram and on the web.

CLAUSE 6.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal information provided in this prize draw will be kept and confidential by Padelist.net.

CLAUSE 7.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES AND RESPONSIBILITY

The mere fact of participating in the raffle implies acceptance of these bases.

Padelist.net reserves the right to modify the Basis of the draw, partially or totally at any time. Likewise, it also reserves the right to cancel it or to leave the price zero in the event of an irregularity being detected. Este sorteo es aplicable a usuarios residentes en todo el mundo.

CLAUSULA 3.- PREMIO

El premio de este sorteo es la pala de pádel Shooter Stealth, valorada en 198,34 € con nombre o apodo del ganador personalizado en ella.

CLÁUSULA 4.- COMPETENCIA

El equipo de Padelist.net hará un sorteo. Para ello, el equipo utilizará el sitio www.sortea2.com en modo “Simple Draw”. Del sorteo, también se sortearán 5 usuarios de reserva en caso de que no sea posible entregar el premio al ganador.

CLAUSULA 5.- EL GANADOR

El ganador del Shooter Stealth será informado por mensaje privado. En el caso de que no se reciba respuesta dentro de los 5 días, o si el premio es rechazado por cualquier motivo, el equipo de Padelist.net se comunicará con el segundo en la lista de registros ganadores.

Es fundamental que el usuario ganador cumpla con los requisitos para participar.

Una vez contactado con el ganador, se le explicará cómo será la expedición.

En el caso de que el premio no pueda otorgarse por causas imputables al ganador dentro de los 30 días siguientes a la publicación del ganador, el premio será declarado desierto.

Los participantes de este sorteo autorizan la publicación de su nombre, nombre o nombre de usuario en Instagram y en la web.
