5. Intellectual property

Padelist.net and its owner owns the intellectual property rights or has the rights to use all the public elements available on the site, including text, pictures, graphics, logos and icons. All clubs and courts that are listed on padelist.net are organisations opened to the public. However, each club and court keeps the rights and intellectual property of each one of their pictures and can ask to remove or modify any of the pictures or descriptions listed on Padelist.net concerning their club or court by simply sending an email via the contact section.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited without the prior written permission of the owner.

Any unauthorized use of the site or any of its materials will be deemed to constitute an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with L.335-2 articles and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

All the pictures used on Padelist.net are for Editorial use only as Padelist.net doesn’t sell any commercial products.

6. Limitations of Liability
