Conditions of the giveaway : Legal basis of the draw

CLAUSE 1.- ORGANIZER

Padelist.net is the organizing company of this giveaway in accordance with what is described below in those conditions.

CLAUSE 2.- HOW TO PARTICIPATE

You can participate in the raffle from Tuesday 23rd of November 2021 until Wednesday 1st of December 2021 included. You can participate by accessing our Instagram profile and performing the following actions:

1) Like this instagram post giveaway of @padelistdotnet
2) Follow on instagram @padelistdotnet and @osakapadel
3) Mention/Tag 3 padel friends in the Instagram post comment

This draw is applicable to users residing in Europe + USA.

CLAUSE 3.- PRIZE

The prize for this giveaway is two padel rackets OSAKA Pro Tour Iconic Black, valued at 250 €.
Two winners will be drawn.

CLAUSE 4.- COMPETITION

The Padelist.net team will make a draw. To do this, the team will use the site www.sortea2.com in “Simple Draw” mode. From the draw, 5 reserve users will also be drawn in the event that it is not possible to give the prize to each winner.

CLAUSE 5.- THE WINNERS

Both winners will be informed by private message. In the event that no response is received within 3 days, or if the prize is rejected for any reason, the Padelist.net team will contact the second in the list of winning records.

It is essential that the user who was the winner meets the requirements to participate.

Once the winner has been contacted, they will be explained how the expedition will go.

In the event that the prize cannot be awarded for reasons attributable to the winner within 30 days of publication of the winner, the prize will be declared void.

Participants in this raffle authorize the publication of their name, first name or username on Instagram and on the web.

Personal information provided in this prize draw will be kept and confidential by Padelist.net.

Likewise, it also reserves the right to cancel it or to leave the price zero in the event of an irregularity being detected.
