I’m Hélio João Sustelo Louzeiro, 39 years old, and I’m from Portugal.
I have been playing padel for 7 years and been a padel coach since 2017 and certified by the National Padel Federation and IPDJ since 2021. I have worked in 2 different clubs, being responsible for game dynamics, classes, and marketing. I am an extremely skilled and versatile professional with vast experience. I am able to create dynamic and challenging classes that help students improve their game skills and stand out in local competitions.
In addition, I have been responsible for coordinating game dynamics, ensuring that all players have a positive and challenging experience. With my personalized and attentive approach to each player’s needs, I am able to create a highly effective and collaborative training environment.
Another great skill that I have as a professional is my marketing knowledge. I am able to create effective marketing campaigns that help attract new players and increase participation in local tournaments. With a strategic and creative approach, I am able to position the clubs where I work as a reference in the world of padel.
