We are Tropico Sport Club, a new padel and wellness club in Amman, Jordan. The 1st
of a kind that has tropical vibes in the middle of jungle (15 min. away from city).
Our club will be launched on 10th Feb 2024. WE ARE LOOKING FOR a positive,
enthusiastic, supportive, trusting, focused, goal-oriented, knowledgeable,
observant, respectful, patient and a clear communicator PADEL COACH.
Personal attributes & Skills:
• An independent self-starter capable of implementing and managing a project from
start to finish.
• Be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
• The ability to understand complex situations/problems and to devise solutions.
• Good interpersonal skills and willing to socialize to build relationships.
• To be member focused and to be able to anticipate members needs and deliver
beyond their expectations.
• Proven track record of successful racquet sport coaching.
• Basic administrative skills and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience of working as part of a team.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Club environment.
• Proven management track record.
